I have extensive experience in all phases of the architecture/urban design delivery process, with an emphasis on planning, design, detailing and construction administration. I have worked on teams delivering many of this region’s most prominent structures, such as the San Francisco International Airport Terminal, the Tech Museum, the Marriot Hotel and Ballroom, the South San Francisco BART station, and the Alameda Ferry Terminal.

I have a career-long commitment to the highest ideals of architecture and urban design, demonstrated by my past service as chairman of the AIA Santa Clara Valley Urban Design Committee. In that capacity, I led teams of urban designers, architects and landscape architects in six local urban design charrettes in recent years. I have averaged 150 AIA/CES learning credits in past years, with an intense commitment to professional continuing education. I recently published a treatise on contemporary architecture theory, Station Point.
